Our story, retold for the Philippines.

St. Louis began as a single gelato counter in South Australia. Thirteen stores later, we crossed the equator. The Philippines arm — two stores, BGC and Molito — runs its own kitchen, its own flavour list, and its own Manila-built crew.

We share the same recipe DNA as Australia. The day-to-day ingredients and the people behind the counter are entirely Filipino.
